The Spanish Hacienda-style villa, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls is luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boasts 10ft. ceilings and 400 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Soaking tub, Flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, rich maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. Includes kitchenette with toaster over, sink and mini-fridge.
The charming french doors open onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and and shimmering lights from the fountain and pool complement romantic evenings. The en suite bathroom features deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tiles.
Additional features include over 200 channels of HDTV including HBO and Showtime, Blu-Ray DVD, Wireless High-Speed Internet, ceiling fan, fireplace, and separate private entries. With all this comfort, you’ll never want to leave your villa.

Guests have complete access to Legacy Villas resort including cabanas, fitness center, all pools and cafe.
Both owner and manager are available 7 days a week to assist guests with their stay.
Rates/Prices on AirBnB do not include local La Quinta Occupancy Tax of 10% (pursuant to AirBnB policy). Occupancy Taxes are to be collected directly by Owner at check-in.
Main Renter/Guest booking the Villa must be 21 years of age or older. Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group and must occupy the property booked for the entire stay.
The Hosts own several similar casitas in the same complex, which are all more or less equal in quality, size and location. While every effort is made to ensure that the exact villa shown in the listing is the villa that is assigned to Guest, the Hosts reserve the right to assign Guest to another similarly situated casita, at no cost or expense to guest, and Guest agrees to accept all reasonable substitutions. In the rare instance where the substituted villa might be considered inferior, a credit will be issued to Guest’s account reflecting the relative value of the difference in quality or pricing between the two villas.
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access four days prior to arrival.
Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete access to our home. Our off-site manager lives nearby and is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.
