What type of deposit is due on my deluxe studio casita when I book my stay?
Guests who make their reservations more than 60 days before their trip will be asked to provide a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining amount will be due 60 days before arrival. Any reservations made less than 60 days before arrival will require a 100% deposit at the time of booking.

When can I check in and check out of my rental?
Unless it’s otherwise noted on the specific listing you’re looking to book, check-in time at your deluxe studio casita will be 3:00 pm on your day of arrival, and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 am.

Do I have to be 25 years old to book a deluxe studio casita through Legacy Villas?
No. At Legacy Villas, we require guests to be at least 21 years of age to book a stay, as long as proper identification is in place.

Do you allow smoking in any of your deluxe studio casitas?
No. When you book a stay through Legacy Villas, you’ll find that all our properties are strictly non-smoking accommodations. We do, however, have smoking-permitted common areas that you can access upon request.

Can I book a deluxe studio casita with a fireplace included?
Yes. While not all of our deluxe studio casitas are designed with a fireplace on-site, we do have king casita options for guests upon request that elevate the cozy factor with a private fireplace to enjoy while you’re here.
