As a valued guest of LLR, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us for your home away from home. Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and well-being of our guests. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken and the actions the Homeowner’s Association has taken during this time.
Single-use amenities provided in each guest room; Enhanced disinfecting of high-touch items; Attempts will be made to accommodate requests for Min. 24 hr. spaces between stays at a desired property.
Increased frequency of sanitization with EPA-certified cleansers that are CDC-compliant; Additional guest sanitization stations in public areas; Increased replacement of air filters.
Arrival and Interaction
Contactless check-in and check-out process; service techs or cleaners to enter only at guest’s request; Requested items will be delivered in a contactless manner.
Pool furniture arranged for proper social distancing; Thorough disinfecting of equipment in fitness centers with limited capacities (upon reopening – TBD)
All 12 pools are open with reduced occupancies to facilitate social distancing (40 max at the clubhouse, 15 at the lap pools, and 10 at the small pools). For the spas, only one individual or household is permitted at a time. There are no restrictions on pool usage other than respecting the posted reduced capacity limits at the pools themselves. On weekends, the HOA utilizes a wristband system at the pools to monitor and better control the occupancy limits. The Fitness Center is still closed presently until the county moves into the red Covid tier.
