Experience Holiday Craft Day with the Kids
When you find yourself in La Quinta over the holidays with the entire family in tow and you’re looking for seasonal events that add some magic for travelers of all ages, the Holiday Craft Day event at the Thousand Palms Community Center is a great addition to your lineup. You’ll find the Thousand Palms Community Center located at 31-189 Robert Road in Thousand Palms, just about 6 miles from the center of La Quinta.
This event will be hosted on December 18, 2024, starting at 12:30 pm and is designed to inspire holiday spirit in those ages 5 to 12. Participants in the Holiday Craft Day event are invited to enjoy five crafts each and the gathering also includes plenty of cookies to go around as well as opportunities to win raffle prizes. Stay as long as you like in the cozy multipurpose room which will be decked out in its holiday best.

For photo sessions, you’ll need to reserve a time in advance for just $25. The price includes a 4×6 picture with Santa on the Bridge near the holiday tree on El Paseo which is found between Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton.
