This year, the event is scheduled to be held from April 25 through April 27 at the Empire Polo Club grounds in Indio. It’s anticipated that much like in past years, the crowds will be vast and tickets will sell out fast, so booking yours ahead of time online as early as possible is always highly recommended. Tickets typically begin at just under $550 for a three day pass with options to upgrade to VIP packages upon request.

Musical Performances to Look Forward to Enjoying

Those who attend the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio always have a lot to look forward to in terms of big-name stars that take to the stage alongside up-and-coming talent. 2025 is no exception and the roster this year is lined with exceptional performers like Zach Bryan, Lana Del Ray, Brothers Osborne, Carly Pearce, Whiskey Myers, and Sierra Ferrell to name a few of many. Tickets to the festival will also earn attendees access to shows by Jelly Roll, Ashley McBryde, Dasha, Tommy James, Shaboozey, Luke Combs, and the Goo Goo Dolls this year.

Add Late Night at the Palomino to Your Festival Lineup

While the musical set in the daytime is sure to be incredible at the 2025 Stagecoach Music Festival, those who choose to enjoy late night performances as part of the Late Night at the Palomino experience have even more to look forward to after the sun goes down. This year, performances on Friday will be headlined by T-Pain while Saturday showcases Creed and Sunday is dedicated to the Backstreet Boys.

Fantastic Flavor at Your Fingertips

The stunning musical experience waiting to be had at the Stagecoach Music Festival at the end of April is always the highlight for those who attend, but when it comes to fantastic flavor on-site, there’s just as much to enjoy. This year, guests of the Stagecoach Music Festival can look forward to enjoying fare served up from Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse which will once again highlight mouthwatering BBQ at its best alongside the celebrity pitmaster. Delicious festival dining options will also include a savory menu put on by Diplo’s Honkytonk which is sure to be palate-pleasing as well.

Plan Ahead and Pack Accordingly

A great time is always guaranteed at the Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio, but planning ahead and packing for the experience accordingly will help you make more of the moment. While April is typically a mild weather month in the Coachella Valley, it’s still hot and there’s plenty of sunshine to soak up. That makes it important to pack plenty of sunscreen for your festival experience; those brands featuring SPF 30 are typically the best at fighting sunburn. Many Stagecoach Music Festival attendees pair their sunscreen application with a cowboy hat and bandana which not only fit the festival theme impeccably but also work to keep the sun out of your eyes along the way. You’re going to want comfortable footwear for the festival too, whether that means a pair of well-worn cowboy boots, or shoes you know are great for walking all day and dancing all night. Above all, you’ll want to be sure to stay well-hydrated so you can sing along to your favorite country songs with the energy you’ll need to keep the fun going well past sunset.

Parking Logistics

There are shuttles that run to the festival throughout the entirety of the three days the music is playing, but if you choose to drive yourself, there are some important things to remember. If you plan to park your vehicle at the venue, you and every other occupant of your vehicle will need to have their festival wristband on when you arrive. Overnight parking isn’t allowed at the Stagecoach Music Festival, and you’ll need to leave golf carts behind as well. Free day parking is first-come, first-serve, and if the lots are full, there’s additional parking nearby that on-site staff can direct you to upon request. Each day of the Stagecoach 2025 Music Festival, attendees can park in the designated lots between noon and 2:00 am.

Fun Beyond the Performances

In between shows, there’s a lot of additional fun to be had by attendees at the Stagecoach Music Festival. Head over to the End Zone where you can savor an ice cold brew alongside family and friends when midday temperatures are on the rise. This is a sports-themed oasis on-site that hosts lawn games to enjoy as well as lounge chairs and televisions if you just want to kick back and relax for a while at your own pace before your next concert. If you’re up for a new view on the venue, make your way to the giant Ferris Wheel that adorns the Empire Polo Club grounds and make the most of a breathtaking vista from the top. It goes without saying that this attraction is extremely busy around sunset, so if you want to make sure you enjoy a ride without a line, heading over earlier or later is recommended. Over at the Half-Pint Hootenanny, festivalgoers can enjoy games, browse festival merchandise, and visit an air-conditioned space with arts and crafts as well. It’s open until 7:00 pm each day, giving you plenty of time to take advantage of the cool air and entertainment.
